Coronavirus COVID-19: Personal consultations with prior planning

Due to the risk of infection with the COVID-19 coronavirus, consultations take place primarily by telephone, video and e-mail. For face-to-face consultations in our consultation room, the "3 G rule" applies. This means that only persons who are fully vaccinated or recovered or have a negative corona test of the same day/not older than 24 hours are currently allowed to enter the building. A rapid antigen test can also be performed on site, which we will provide free of charge. We can clarify everything else in a prior conversation.

Unfortunately, anonymous consultation is not possible at this time. So that social contacts and potential chains of infection can be traced, we have to keep consultation lists. Your name as well as your contact details (telephone number) will be noted in it. The list is kept securely for at least three weeks after a counseling appointment and must be presented to the competent authority upon request. We may only provide counseling with this documentation.

Our consultation room can accommodate four people so that a seating distance of 1.5 meters can be maintained. Fresh air can be let in through two windows. There is also an air filter. If you would like to bring other accompanying persons, we will try to organize a larger room. Unfortunately, this may take some time.

Please bring a mouth-nose mask with you.

There is the possibility of hand disinfection.

We will provide you with more detailed information about other infection control measures prior to the consultation.

We ask for your understanding. All the best.
